Cruceiro of San Xiao de Cebreiro

T his is a newly built graded cross which dates back to 2005. The building works were promoted by the "obradoiro de empleo" – employment workshop – of the municipality of O Pino. Alike the cruceiro of Cerceda, this one stands on a two-step base and has a square pedestal. Its shaft is square at its bottom part, octagonal in the middle and again square at its top. It has a plain cross with no image on it.
